CONCRETO

DEFINITION: A strong hard building material


composed of sand and gravel and cement and water.
EXAMPLE: Concrete was used to build the walls of
these houses.

DEFINITION: Rectangular block of clay baked by the


sun or in a kiln; used as a building or paving material.

EXAMPLE: We're going to build a school here, even if


we have to do it brick by brick.

concrete, etc., used in construction.
