With the deepest and appreciation, I humbly give thanks to the people who with

all the can helped me to accomplished my on-the- job training or work immersion.

Above all, to our Lord God Almighty, for his unconditional love and for the

blessing he is showering upon me each day of my life. I am thankful to Him for

guiding me during my training and for making the work successful. For the

provision and wisdom he has bestowed upon me, by his grace, I was able to finish

this training without any conflict. Thank you to Almighty God.

To my adorable, Mother Arlene C. Viñas, for her supports, understanding,

concern, guidance, for her unending love, for providing all my needs especially for

financial support during my tiring days. We are extremely thankful to them to

accomplish my work immersion.

To Mrs. Jocelyn P. Castelo and to teacher’s coordinator of their work immersion,

especially to Ma’am Grace Belleza, the OJT coordinator for welcoming me and my

become a real employee. To the other employee, Ma’am Maureen A. Cresencio

(COMED Clerk), Sir Ramon Oaferina (Operation and Maintenance Supervisor),

Ma’am Marietta A. Salcedo (WESM Analyst), Sir Duke Daniel O. Monsalve (Cadet

Engineer) and significantly, to Sir Pobleo E. Cortez Jr. who is a very supportive

COMED Manager. I inspired to push myself to make my dreams come true.

To my friends and co-trainees, for the happiness and enjoyment

for being there to support me, comfort me because sometimes I am moody, having

a difficulties during my training. Thanks to them for the teamwork, and friendship I

felt, for treating me us one of membership of their family.

DEDICATION

Behind every success, there is a challenges that will encountered but you

need a self-effort as well as guidance, and advice from others especially who were

very close to our heart.

I dedicate this Narrative Report for Work Immersion experiences to our

Lord God Almighty for His unconditional love and for the blessing He is showering

upon me each day of my life. I thank Him for guiding me during training and for

making the work successful for the provision and wisdom he has bestowed upon

me. By his grace, I was able to finish this training. Thank you Almighty God.

I also dedicate this to my parents, for there unending love, and support, for

providing all my needs especially for financial support, during my tiring days. We

are extremely thankful to parents to accomplish this work immersion.

To my dearest friends and co-trainees stayed up for a month. I’m so very

grateful to have a friends like them. During the sleepless nights and restless days

mostly the 15 boys showing a good attitudes, disciplined and especially the 4

members of a girls during the time of immersion. Thank you very much to unlimited

time and efforts just to understand me for sometimes of having a some conflict

with each other, they are my inspiration to become a responsible and matured

individual, they teach me to be an independent and confident person.
