1. Dr. Jaya Selvam (Hand in Hand, Chennai):

The speaker spoke on how NGO he is working towards making society better by their
various activity starting from educating women on empowering them to take tasks and
build an environment for this sole purpose. And regarding the career background
mentioned, the speaker worked as functional manager in Indian Bank and have been part
of such NGO activities and representing their problem in other stage conference and with
the satisfaction of this job over his banking work, he resigned to involve full-fledge with
works for which he made his decision joining Hand in Hand.
The speaker where also, reciting to the new type which is Social Entrepreneur and briefed
on the background and how& what have been contributing to this evolution.
2. Mr. Dinesh Gajendran (Founder- Audacious Dreams):
The speaker spoke on his career life where it started from education records and his
crucial role in representing youths around the world in sportsmanship and entrepreneurial
activities which have been as representative of India all around the world. The speech was
all about keeping ourselves motivated in situation and how to handle the negative in and
around us. The speech was more of informal way in order to reach us had effective as
possible for which he used real time example and life stimulation exercises.
The speaker also concluded with his newly setup social enterprise which is located in
Vellore dist. And the works the enterprise is being carried out along with the vision and
mission of the firm.
3. Ms. Mahalakshmi Saravanan (Founder- Women Entrepreneurs):
The speaker spoke for couple minutes due to the lack time available but the message she
delivered in the short span as helped in recognizing the spirit of us to do achieve
something in future. The speech was about her daughter whose age is around 8 and being
promoter and director of Women Entrepreneur of how an instant idea to help the women
to uplift their living standards.
