Write a paragraph; use the following questions as a guide.

I like to cook at the end of the day a delicious rice with beans and meat, because it is very

delicious and I share it with my family. I like to prepare it four times a week. At the end of the

week I like to eat, pizza is my addiction because I love cheese too much; the place where I go to

eat with my friends is called Domino’s Pizza.

I am a good cook I studied gastronomy a few years ago I learned many recipes and techniques. I

would like to learn Peruvian cuisine and make Ceviche with Rocoto, a chili pepper that is well

known in Peru and is used in most recipes.

The first meal I prepared was rice with mashed potatoes and chicken, the dish came out a little dry

but it had a good flavor from there I was improving the recipe so that it had that particular flavor.

My favorite food for a special occasion is Salmon Risotto, the rice has an incredible texture it is a

bit moist while the salmon is cooked on the grill with a light touch of smoke that gives it a

delicious flavor.

I ate a meal called Chantakuro, which consists of worms from the East of Ecuador, these worms

are eaten on the grill with some slices of yucca, the flavor is unusual and its texture is also but it

has a large amount of nutrients and vitamins.
