Module 1: Developing your Higher Education Teaching

There are Two assessments – one is screencast and another is reflective portfolio.

Assessment 2: Screencast (20 minutes total)

Part a ‘How I approach teaching and learning to support

diverse learning needs’ (5 – 7 mins)

Part b ‘How I approach assessment and feedback for

inclusive learning’ (5 – 8 mins)

Part c ‘My developmental journey in inclusive teaching

and learning’ (8 – 10 mins, to bring screencast total to 20
mins.

Assessment 3: Reflective portfolio (2,000 words total,

plus appendix of evidence)

Part a ‘Active and research-informed learning in [insert

subject]’ (800 words)

Part b ‘Course design in context’ (1,200 words)
