To whom it may concern,

I just want to ask regarding our internet connection because of slow connection.
We experience it since October 28, 2018, Sunday around 4 o’clock in the afternoon
therefore it is almost two weeks as of now. Our account number and telephone
number are 0264583225 and 0756366481 respectively.

I just want to know the cause of this problem because sometimes we are also
experiencing red LOS in the modem which cause us to can’t access internet
connection. With this, I already performed all troubleshooting steps and also called
171 for technical assistance but there’s still no action had made with regards of this
until today.
