DN Sourcing Solutions – comprehensive and customized sourcing solutions for all kinds of apparel and home & life
style products – was conceptualized and set up in Dhaka in 2007 by two ambitious and highly experienced
professionals – Don Bosco and Noel Rebeiro – heaped in sourcing experience in all the major international apparel
sourcing markets.
Since inception the Company has been successfully sourcing apparel in all categories – woven, fine knits and heavy
knits for prominent retailers in the low to middle and upper middle segments of the French, UK, Sweden and Russian
markets.

Our Vedors’ manufacturing facilities are medium to large sized and are compliant with all legal and social
requirements as laid down by the Government of Bangladesh.
Some of them have been audited to BSCI standards while others have been audited by Bureau Veritas or Intertek or
SGS, conforming to various clients’ specific standards.

 Create and present wide range of styles/fabrics collection to customers twice yearly.

 Customized frequency of presentation of collection/range.

 Ceaseless endeavour to develop new and reliable Vendors for clients.

 Customized Supplier / Vendor selection commensurate with clients’ needs both in terms of product and
business model.

 Training Vendors’ merchandizing and production team to understand and implement clients’ specific needs
in terms of products, processes and buying conditions.

 Regular feed back to clients of new ideas in fabrics/treatments/applications, etc both in terms of product as
well as market information.

 Disseminate market information that impacts business interests of clients – both industrial and political.

 Formulate and review Vendor development policies to facilitate strong codependent supplier/buyer
relationship for mutual growth of business.

 Meticulous follow up / interaction with clients’ team to ensure accurate information / inputs to preempt
circumstances that may impact shipment date integrity.

 System driven processes to follow up clients’s orders with periodic reports reflecting total visibility of status
at every stage of the production process.

 Intense and stringent quality inspection both in-line as well as on finished goods (AQL 0 tolerance to 1.5,
2.5 as preferred by client) and coordinate with nominated inspection agencies.

 Liaison with customer’s logistics team – and the local nominated cargo forwarding agent – to monitor cargo
movement until its arrival at clients’ warehouse.

 Scrutiny of shipment and bank documents (before presentation) to ensure presentation of discrepancy free
documents and facilitate smooth release of goods at destination.

ADDITIONAL IN-HOUSE STRENGTH

 We are alert to the key advantage of letting our clients have a quick first visual of a given product which
their designers/modelists have conceptualized in the Technical Data file. Therefore we set up a Research and
Development facility of our own – instead of depending on our various suppliers – to add value to our service to our
clients. We are certain that this initiative of ours will afford them greater flexibility in making quick
amendments/alteration to their designs/concepts and gain a significant edge over their competitors.
