Short Fitness Circuit to get a nice pump

• 20 second plank
• 20 push-ups
• 6 inches 20 secs
• 10 diamond push-ups
• Last plank

Footwork exercise (both feet) straight line cones; (demonstrate) (cones)

➢ (2-3 reps) per player

Specialized drill: 3 blocks, 3x3, aim is to cut t players can pass to any player through to other side,
