Title: Sharing UBE: The Ultimate Boholano Experience

makers, sector and industry representatives and practitioners.

Objectives:

In line with the celebration of the World Tourism Day this September, under the
theme/slogan of TOURISM: BUILDING PEACE! FOSTERING KNOWLEDGE, this 2-
hour online talk show aims to acknowledge the innovative ways of Boholano tourism
stakeholders in mapping out strategies in preparing Bohol as an ultimate travel
destination in the new-normal.

Below are the specific objectives for the talk:

1. Evaluate the impact of crisis on Bohol’s tourism.

2. Discuss the strategies of the government towards reopening Bohol’s tourism, and
introduce UBE tagline.
3. Present the innovative ways of the tourism stakeholders in providing A+
experience reopening their tourism enterprise.
4. Explore the steps businesses can take to pivot and capture the local market.
5. Explore the tips and strategies of the industry operators to refresh social media
share marketing.
6. Create interest and opportunities for sustainable ecotourism site.
7. Showcase the post-quarantine bucket list.

Description:

A two-hour talk featuring the Boholano way in providing A+ experience to tourists in the
new normal.

The talk will start with a video presenting the impact of COVID19 on Bohol’s Tourism.
This is followed with an interactive discussion about the strategies of the government
towards reopening Bohol’s tourism, featuring the UBE tagline. After which, there will be
a presentation on the innovative ways of the tourism stakeholders in providing A+
experience reopening their tourism enterprise. Exploring its ways in capturing local
tourists in refreshing their social media marketing in promoting their business.
