AUTOMATED VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM

Introduction:
We find a problem in the world which is related with our own life or community
and that is automated vehicle control system. So, our problem domain is category
A.
Driving related information plays an important role while driving. In order to
process this information and be able to drive safely at the same time, an
information management is necessary in the vehicle. However, we want to
propose a digital driving solution. It is important that we designed this system in
such a way that for the driver the task “driving” remains in the focus of attention.
In thus system we basically work with IOT base wireless sensor devices and card
reader machine. In this system there will be one card reader. If anyone need to
drive a specific vehicle, its need to mandatory to punch his or her valid driving
license. After punch the license it’s check the license is valid or not. If the license
is valid the driver able to open the door and driver be able to drive.
There will be also IOT base two sensor devices, which one is used to detect the
driver is drunk or not through breath analyzer. Another sensor detects the driver
sleeping or not through eye analyzer. If the driver is drunk, then it’s sent a
notification to the police station. If the driver is sleeping or feeling sleepy on the
driving seat, then the sensor detects it and at the same time it alarmed to the
vehicle and at the moment a machine spray water on his or her face that he or
she doesn’t be able to sleep. Our aim is to safe driving on the road so that
accident may not be occurring and all the drivers come to a rules and regulation
so that they can be aware when they drive.
Problems
 Causing Traffic-jam: Due to checking each and every vehicle driver’s driving licenses cause huge
traffic jam.
 Wasting Work Hour: Traffic congestion in Dhaka and other cities eats up around 5 million
working hours every day.
 Increasing Corruption: Corrupted people letting unlicensed driver to drive vehicle which cost to
inhuman dead.
 Immature Driver increases: Vehicles should drive by experienced driver, so many vehicles are
drive by immature drivers who had no knowledge about driving which leading people at risk of
traveling on road.
 Unfair Checking: There are some police who intentionally harassed people to check their
vehicles papers for money.
 Harm Civilian’s Precious Time: There are many innocent people who became victim of this
problems although they have proper licenses.
 Checking Time: Some time police face various type of people who start bargaining with the
police about the fine which hamper the other people’s precious time.
 Limitation of Traffic Police Force: Sometimes due to the lack of the total amount of traffic
polices they could not check every vehicles of the road.
 Police Force’s Impediment: Traffic polices are also human being they also become tired in the
8Hours long duty and become careless about checking licenses.

Existing Solutions
 Government’s Steps: Government implies police force to check everyone’s license
thoroughly and.
 Cautious Peoples Steps: Many other organizers which are ran cautious people also check
license at many places.
 Rules Implementation: According to the current situation government always update the
traffic rules to bring discipline on the road.
Proposed Solutions
 Reduce Corruption: We want it digitally checked so that corruption could not occur.
 Reduce Paper Checking: There will be no more paperwork. Drivers do not need to carry so
many papers.
 Allowing Legal Driver on Road: To unlock the vehicles, they have to punch this smart card
so that they can start the vehicles.
 Sealing Off Illegal Driver on Road: If they do not have the smart it is impossible for them to
start the vehicles.
 Helping Police force: It helps the police forced a lot by reducing the pressure of checking
proper licenses.
 Reducing Road Accident: Unlicensed vehicles are now useless and it will be reduced road
accident 70 to 80%.
 Making Less Traffic Jam: Traffic jam will not occur as police don’t have to check our licenses
manually.
 Saving Lives: As we are ensuring proper driver thus we can also ensure people’s lives on the
road mostly.
 Less Police on Traffic: We also ensure less police force’s work on the field to serve the road
and country.
