Core competence of Augment Deck

Competitor differentiation :- While doing the research I found out that the services that our
company provides are much more diverse and of more variety as compared to our competitors. By
interviewing our competitors I found out that they are basically service based and our company is
service as well as product based .Our company provides free website repair if we are working doing
any project for the respective company which I found really unique.

 In terms of experience and knowledge our company has an competitive edge. Our company
has a market presence of 6 years but still the core team working in our company have
experience of at least more than 10 years. I spoke to all the developers of our company and
found out that each developer has has detailed knowledge about Java as well as Kotlin(New
coding technique)and swift and obJect-C. They are constantly learning about the new
techniques coming into the market like React native , they have already started learning
about that framework while our competitors are planning to do it. Moving forward when I
was our speaking to our sales and marketing person I found out that their industry network
is amazing they are constantly in touch with big corporate people of big firms.

Customer Value :- I spoke to 15 of our clients and asked them about their experience of working
with us. It included almost all level of our clients the starups as well as our prestigious clients.

 They all had one thing to say in common, they were quite impressed at the price at which we
were providing them the service, they were like it was quite reasonable as compared to
others in the market it was approx 10-15% less as compared to our competitors. Secondly
the additional services provided by us as mentioned earlier is also an added advantage. They
were quite satisfied with our work and were looking forward for more projects in future.
They were also mentioning about the time period of the APP development according to
them are services were quite fast. Prestigious clients like Kohinoor developers told me that
they have personaly recommended our services to other companies as well because of the
price and value added services which we provide and also the creativity our functional team
provides for the development of APP.

Application to other markets :- Basically our companies core competence should be applied to all
our services and products then only we will get a good hold in the market so what I found out is
mentioned below

 The price quotation which I have mentioned and the additional service which we provide is
almost applicable to all the services we provide be it website development, graphic design
digital marketing. I think the above mentioned core competence should be applies to our
new APP(product) which we our working on. Because I think based on this competence we
are getting recognition in the market and it is giving us a competitive edge. I would like to
add a point on a personal level that I think our company is making creative apps and growing
rapidly in this market. It has a potential to become the best and even compete with big
players out there. If we use our maximum resources on this filed we will be able to increase
our presence and get a good hold in the market.
