Dysfunctions of a team and how to resolve them
Absence of trust is the key problem that leads to the other dysfunctions
Inattention to Results Results are reviewed during and at the end of a sprint
Lack of Commitment Teams make shared commitments to each other and to external
stakeholders (Make the statement “I will do”)
Absence of Trust Establish safe environment. Team shared commitment and goal
are hyper-transparently displayed and engaged in retrospectives
PI planning is a cadence-based, face to face event that serves as the heartbeat of the Agile
Release Train (ART), aligning all the teams to a shared mission and vision.
