Professional Experience
Responsible for process flow mapping using Lucid Charts and coordinating UAT for major
Salesforce.com release cycles.
Lead Business Analysis on new product launches, customer lifecycle communication for Marketing
department, and new billing system for the company. Gathered requirements, documented as-is and
to-be process flows, suggested process improvements, and documented use cases.
Worked closely with Salesforce.com administrators and developers to revamp the entire company’s
security roles and profiles permissions, including documenting current state roles and profiles. Worked
with end users on documenting “a day in the life of” to understand correct roles and profiles, then
developed test cases and coordinated UAT prior to go-live.
Collaborated with PMO Director to define project scope, risks and determined appropriate
methodologies to apply based on Scope/Vision documents, and developed project time lines for on
time delivery based on SDLC methodology.

Responsibilities:
Worked with over 30 internal groups to do: Process Maps, Context Maps, RACI, GAP Analysis,
Future-State, Quick Wins, and Web Enhancements.
Worked with Developers, Team Leads, Analysts, and Project Managers to make ROM (Rough
Order of Magnitude) for new projects. Including time, money, magnitude, interfaces, and resources
involved in order to complete the tasks.
Lead, mentored and trained a team of Business Analysts for Process Maps, Context Maps, RACI,
Future State Recommendations, and Business Process Improvement for the Global Business Unit
(GIS).
Reported Weekly and Monthly Status reports to project stakeholders by monitoring project
progress against outstanding milestones, status, issues, risks and dependencies.
Lead meetings with Business Sponsors, Project Managers, Stake Holders and did presentations on
different project deliverables.
Used IBM BlueWorks Live to do business process models and Current-State and Future-State
processes.
Used Microsoft Visio to make Context maps for all of the data points on 7 of T. Rowe’s digital
properties.
Worked with the IT infrastructure team to learn about all the hardware, data servers, etc involved
in storing all the data points.
Conducted white board sessions for brain mapping and brain storming for Future-State.
Also worked on another project in which I was the only BA responsible for the New Concept Sheet,
ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude), talking to developers and SME to get new data points on T.
Rowe Price’s Retail websites, iPhone, iPad and .mobi apps.
Suggested and Implemented Quick Wins as Business Process Improvement throughout the
organization across multiple groups.
Got sign-offs from all the groups involved (30+) in both the projects on project deliverables.
Got approvals from business sponsors to implement Quick Wins (BPI)
