Sub: - Display of Circle Ranking in CNMC portal (CM DASHBOARD).

Mobile networks are being monitored by Dir/CM & CMD, BSNL on a regular basis. ITPC, Pune has
developed the CNMC portal for Centralized real time monitoring of radio Networks as desired by
competent authority, Circle Ranking need to be done based on certain criteria and shall be displayed in
CNMC portal.

In this regard, most of the reports may prepare by CNMC portal but apart from this, some reports may be
fetched/received from Zonal or other wings. Parameters and calculations are define in Annexure-I.

Hence it is requested to ITPC, Pune to create one page in which concern may upload their reports as per
Annexure-II and implement the mechanism to display Circle ranking on every month in CM Dashboard.
