 Client Dialogue Scenario With Counselor

Counselor : “Good morning sir, have a seat I am a nutritionist currently serving in

this hospital. before I want to ask what's your name, sir?”

Client : “Good morning too, my name is Arif Saifullah.”

Counselor : “With whom did you go here sir?”

Client : “I am with my wife who are waiting outside miss”

Counselor : “Sorry in advance sir, because this counseling will take approximately
15 minutes, are you and your wife willing to wait?”

Client : “Yes, it's okay miss, my wife is also waiting for the medicine given by
the doctor's prescription.”

Counselor : “Well sir, are there any complaints sir?”

Client : “Yes miss, I have hypertension.”

Counselor : “Okey sir. Beforehand, may I take a look at the medical records that
you brought?”

Client : “Yes, please miss.”

Counselor : “Based on the medical record, it is true that you have hypertension,
sir, Hypertension itself is an increase in systolic blood pressure greater
than 140 mmHg and / or diastolic greater than 90 mmHg on two
measurements with an interval of 5 minutes in a state of adequate rest
(calm). In your medical record, it turns out that the tension is quite
high, namely 180/110. Patients with hypertension are at high risk of
having a stroke, sir.”

Client : “Oh I see, miss.”

Counselor : “Yes sir, before that I can measure your weight and height?”
Client : “Of course miss.”

Counselor : “According to anthropometry, your body weight is 68 kg and height

165 cm, so the BMI is still classified as normal, its 24.97 kg / m2.”

Client : ”Oh yes miss, therefore I am confused about why I suffer from
hypertension, miss.”
