Evaluation Criteria
1. All mandatory clauses must be complied.
2. Marks will be given for performance of batteries as mentioned in clause no. 3 of Specifications sheet (A).
3. Marks will be given for warranty period as mentioned in clause no. 9 of Specifications sheet (B).
4. Marks will be given for price schedule as follows.
Minimum Price quoted will be taken as base price (M).
Lowest bidder will be given 100 Marks.
If the quoted price of the bidder is (Q), then marks for Price (C) is given by
C=100-(Q-M)*100/M
5. Total Marks (T) = A*50/100 + B*20/100 + C*30/100
6. Tender will be offered to the bidder who obtains highest marks (T).
