Task 1: Improvements

This task requires you to document consultation processes to introduce or evaluate a continuous
improvement process or system including actions or an action plan.

Working with the group, each of you will have 15 minutes to demonstrate your leadership skills by briefing
the group on one idea that you have chosen to implement from those generated by the group participating in
the case study. You must provide an Action Plan for your chosen idea.

You are to brief the group on the areas listed in the Assessor Marking Chart below. The Assessor will

record their feedback and comments for Task 2 here.
