• Inventors: Robert E. Kahn and Vint Cerf
• How it works: It uses wireless technology to send things by routers
and internet stations
2. Smartphone
• Year of invention: 1992
• Inventor: International Business Machines Corporation (IBM)
• How it works: User presses buttons, touchscreen and other things to
make the smartphone do a specific thing
3. Laptop
• Year of invention: 1981
• Inventor: Adam Osborne
• How it works: It is a device with a small flat design that can perform
the same things a desktop computer can
4. Television
• Year of invention: 1927
• Inventors: Philo Farnsworth, Charles Francis Jenkins and John Logie
Baird
• How it works: A camera that broadcasts the show goes to a
transmitter when the transmitter turns the video and sound into a
signal and sends it through the air, then the receiver turns the signal
back into a video and sound
5. USB Flash Drive
• Year of invention: 2000
• Inventors: Dov Moran and M-Systems
• How it works: The USB connector communicates between the drive
and the computer, the computer then knows that it’s a separate flash
drive that allows the user to transfer the hard drive in the computer
to the hard drive in the flash drive, when the files are moved to the
flash drive, the memory chip inside it handles the job of storing the
data
