You   are   head   of   quite   a   large   department   but   for   some   &me   serious  
problems  have  been  arising:  reduced  drive,  more  sick  leave,  poorer  results.  
AQer   analyzing   the   data,   you   realize   that   this   stems   from   one   par&cular  
team.  
 
A. You  summon  the  leader  of  the  team  concerned  so  that  he  can  offer  some  
explana&ons.      
B. As   you   have   not   yet   received   complaints   from   any   colleagues   in   the  
department  you  leave  things  to  seSle  a  liSle.    
C. You  try  to  find  out  more  by  talking  informally  to  the  head  of  the  team  and  
some  of  his  colleagues.

Antreprenoriatul acopera arii diverse, de la proiecte individuale pana la investitii


majore, care creaza numeroase locuri de munca. Multe proiecte de antreprenoriat
utilizeaza resursele financiare asigurate de investitori privati pentru a-si strange
capitalul necesar construirii afacerii. Investitorii urmaresc in general un profit anualizat
de 20-30 % si o anumita implicare in administrarea afacerii. In prezent exista
numeroase organizatii de sprijin a antreprenorilor, inclusiv agentii guvernamentale
specializate, incubatoare de afaceri, parcuri tehnologice si ONG-uri. In ultimii ani,
termenul de antreprenoriat s-a extins, incluzand elemente care nu sunt legate
nemijlocit de mediul afacerilor, cum ar fi initiativa sociala, politica sau educationala.
Care afirmatie din cele de mai jos este corecta?
1.  Un antreprenor este o persoana cu un mod de a gandi orientat spre profit.
2.  20-30 % din afacerile finantate de investitorii privati sunt profitabile.

Rezultatele la Testele VERBAL + NUMERIC nu se iau in calcul la totalul de la
nota de Pre-selectie. Rezultatele la Testele Abstract + Gandire situationala se iau
in calcul.

Testul de Gandire situationala = 66 % din scorul total

Testul de Abstract= 34 % din scorul total

Verbal= 10 intrebari/ 18 min/ pass mark 5/10


Numeric= 10 intrebari/ 20 min/ pass mark 5/10
Abstract= 20 intrebari/ 20 min/ pass mark 10/20
Gandire situationala= 20 intrebari/ 30 min/ pass mark 24/40

1. Incepe pregatirea sistematica prin rezolvarea de teste contra cronometru.

2. Minim o ora pe zi/ 10 ore pe saptamana.

3. Urmareste progresul tau (cuantifica-l daca poti; recomand peste 80 %)

4. Antreneaza-te sa te incadrezi sa raspunzi la o intrebare intr-un minut (stii cat


dureaza un minut?)

5. Exercitii, exercitii si iar exercitii. Creierul are nevoie sa intre in forma pentru a se
concentra timp de 2 ore pentru 4 tipuri de teste diferite! Mult succes!
