The meeting was opened by Dr. De Guzman with a greeting, followed by the presentation of the
agenda. Dr. De Guzman announced that the commencement exercises will be held on April 4,
2020 and the theme will be “OEF leading the way for innovative learning and for Glo-Cal
connectivity through success”. It was then decided that the deadline for the batch project- seat
cover will be at the end of the month. As suggested by Ms. David and approved by Dr. De
Guzman, there will be appointed persons to collect the payment per department who are: Ms.
Concepcion- elementary department; Mrs. Flores- senior high school department; Ms. David-
college department; and Dr. De Guzman- graduate studies.
After the planning for the first agenda, Dr. De Guzman opened the plan for conducting a one-
month summer workshop starting April 6- May 6, 2020. A needs assessment will be conducted
to check the feasibility of the activity. Dr. De Guzman appointed Ms. Opena to be in-charge with
the production of the letter to parents for the said assessment. Suggested by the members of the
meeting, the proposed activity are: English Proficiency, Foreign Language, Personality
Development, Mathematics, Science, Sports, and Arts. There will be an early bird registration
fee with discount and free one-day program for the parents. It was planned that the summer
workshop will end with a culminating activity and certificates will be awarded to the
participants.

The meeting was started by an opening prayer led by Mrs. Daisy Dioso. Dr. Aquino opened the
meeting by announcing the date of deployment of the interns- January 13, 2020 followed by
announcing of the cooperating teachers of the interns and the subjects they are to handle. It was
suggested and agreed upon by the members that the student teachers will be having two (2)
preparations- 1 for a major subject and 1 for a minor subject. Mrs. Luzviminda Dioso, the
adviser of the interns then discussed the different responsibilities of the interns as well as the
cooperating teachers.
The cooperating teachers were given time to meet their respective interns to talk about their set
up on checking the lesson plans and observations.

Dr. Aquino started the meeting by a recall on the meeting conducted last November 27, 2019
where it was agreed upon that the deployment of the interns will be on January 13, 2020. The
cooperating teachers were reminded to check the proper grooming of the student teachers as well
as their punctuality. Dr. Aquino also reminded the teachers about the landscapes of the different
classrooms as the school is expecting a visitor any day soon. The principal opened suggestions
about the upcoming Junior and Seniors Prom. Mr. Marlon Gabuat suggested that the tentative
amount of contribution will be the same as last year which is P500 which is agreed upon by the
teachers and the principal. Ms. Anarose Vidana then proposed a bidding to look for better offers
from the organizers on the design of the stage as well as the catering and souvenirs. It was
arranged that the bidding will be on Friday, January 10, 2020. The teachers conformed to
conduct a meeting with the parents of the Grade 9 and 10 students to propose the plan and ask
for their suggestions for the prom on January 11, 2020.

Dr. De Guzman opened the meeting with greetings followed by a reminder about how important
the classroom management is. She then gave tips on how to manage the class. She mentioned:
Setting rules; controlling the behaviour of the students especially when walking in the hall way;
give activities; and the proper arrangement of chairs.
After discussing the ways how to manage the students easier the following schedule of teachers
in managing and looking after the students’ behaviour in the hallway during recess and lunch
was proposed and agreed upon by the principal and the teachers.
