EMERGENCY MEETING

II. Significant Points

The meeting orientation was led by Mrs. Renalyn D. De Los Reyes, Assistant Principal II of
STNHS – SHS, which she started with dividing the team of teacher of being a mentors and mentees
where the MTs are assigned as mentors and teachers 1-3 are assigned as mentees. She also
discussed the enrollment process in Grade 11-12. Moreover, she also gave a schedule of teachers who
will report every day starting today, August 16, 2021. Tantamount to this, to be able to cope up with the
necessary reports to be submitted the team of mentor-mentee were divided per quarter to do all the
important paperwork like attendance report, minutes of the meeting, narrative report, pictures
documentation, and others. Lastly, Mrs. De Los Reyes requested that teachers should report in the
school but not all of them and they will only report two times a week and teachers should take pictures
before, during and after the area in the Brigada Eskwela.

III. Expected Output

The mentors and mentees are expected to accomplish the following:


 attendance report
 minutes of the meeting
 narrative report
 pictures documentation

IV. Agreement

1. There will be a follow-up meeting of master teachers and the assistant principal for the
strategic planning of teachers’ schedule and Re-alignment of OPCRF to IPCRF.
2. LIS deadline for this week (August 16-20, 2021)
3. The reporting is on voluntary basis as a mark of contribution of help in the school.

NARRATIVE REPORT
The STNHS-SHS meeting and orientation was called to order at exactly 10:00 in
the morning. It started with a short prayer led by Mrs. Juliet Baduya. It was attended by
the STNHS-SHS faculty members headed by the assistant principal II Mrs. Renalyn D. De
Los Reyes. First on the agenda was the Finalization of LIS report of the advisers. It was
also discussed by Mrs. De Los Reyes the teams per quarter with regard to the mentor-
mentee relationship, and division of labor in doing reports.
Moreover, starting September 13, teachers by schedule should report I the school
to the tasks assigned to them in their classes. Teachers should report two-times a week
as agreed upon the meeting.
Finally, teachers should secure before, duting after pictures of the area of their
classrooms to be cleaned up during the Brigada Eskwela Kick-off.

The enrollment for this school year is ongoing. To the parents who have difficulty in
answering the online form you can come to school and you will find the following
personnel on specific dates below in front of the STNHS main gate so that you will be
accommodated immediately. Be reminded of the health protocols so that we will all be
safe and please bring your own ballpen in filling up the form.
