 Project Title: Junior High School Grade 9 and 10 Ball of
San Jose Provincial High School

Program Description: This is a Junior’s Ball for all Grade 9 and

Grade 10 students of San Jose Provincial High School. It is a
social rite of passage where boys and girls in high school are
introduced as ladies and gentlemen at a formal evening ball.

Duration: February 23, 2024 (1:00- 8:00 p.m.)

Delivery Mode: Formal Face-to-face (F3) (5 hours)
Target of participants: 105 pax - Grade 9 students

II. RATIONALE

Junior and Senior’s Ball is a time for students to learn how to

converse and mingle with people they are acquainted with and
strangers to them on a very formal occasion. Every student
 should be encouraged to experience JS Prom for them to know
the exact and proper table etiquette and to heighten up their
social skills and knowledge.

Objectives:
1. Engage the Grade 9 and Grade 10 learners in
the deeper sense of socialization;
2. Equate understanding on the manners of social
gathering;
3. Real life experience for values formation and
proper personal etiquette;
4. Equipped the minds and hearts with sound
and character and
5. Develop skills and camaraderie in the
observation of the Ball.

Expected Final/Outcome /Success Indicator:

1. Practice proper/personal etiquette.

2. Responsive students towards incidents with caution and
promptness.
3. Practice equal treatment to classmates and schoolmates.
