1. What is the Difference between Verbal and Non-verbal Communication?

A. Verbal Communication:

Verbal communication is transmitted through spoken word. Here, we use our mouths to

communicate. The sender expresses his thoughts, feelings, opinions, and ideas in the form of speech,

conversations, discussions and many more. Verbal communication is more effective because the

speaker can convey his message without any misunderstanding. And the feedback is immediate

because there is a simultaneous transmission between the speaker and the receiver.
B. Non – Verbal Communication:

Non-verbal communication is where you transfer information through the use of eye contact, facial

expressions, sign language, gestures, and many more. It can be also transfer by the use of written

text. We all use non-verbal communication, just by looking at the eyes of your love ones, you can

Facial expressions, when you’re mad, you’re not just raising your voice. You also show the

madness in your face. When you are sad, even though you don’t say anything they will know that

sometimes its not appropriate to other countries. Maybe they have another meaning of the gesture

you are doing or it can be offensive to them. The receiver can understand the message more because
