AFE/APWF Approval Path Report

Purpose

The approval path report is designed to give the requestor access to

specific approval paths by cost center and or profit center for APWF
and AFE approvals.

Creation

1. Log into SAP (ECC Production BHI)

2. Enter the T-Code ZAFE_APPR_PATH into the search window

4. Please select either Cost Center or Profit Center to run the requested
report. Only one option can be run at a time.

5. If requesting the approval path for AFE approvals, please enter

10023118 into the Parent Org Field; for APWF, enter 10000726.

6. Enter The Cost center in which you are requesting the approval path
into the Cost Center field.

 - If multiple Cost Centers or Profit Centers need to be entered, open
the multiple selection option by clicking the arrow to the right of
the Cost Center field.
- The following will appear:

7. Choose option for specific search being performed; Profit Center or

Cost Center.

8. Check box ‘Show Approver Names’ to list the approvers.

- If needed, check the box marked ‘Show Approval Limits’

9. Open the Drop-down menu next to ‘Invoice Type’ and choose ‘Trade’
or ‘AFE’.

 10. Execute.

- The following information will be pulled on the report

a. Org Node
b. Approvers 4-3-1 and name
c. Approver Limits

 - The report can be exported into an excel file by doing the following:
a. Navigate to the top of the page and select ‘List’
b. Select ‘Export’
c. Select ‘Spreadsheet’

d. Open the file as a ‘Table’ in Microsoft Excel

- The following information will be displayed:

 - From here, the user can adjust the columns according to how the
information needs to be displayed.
