Activities to develop
Estimado estudiante:
En esta guía usted encontrará las pautas de realización de su producto
final.
Tenga en cuenta que todas las unidades del curso se estudian y
trabajan desde el E-book o libro electrónico que encuentra en el
ONLINE CONTENT.
El curso Inglés 2 trabaja en el nivel B1, en los primeros 6 módulos del
E-book que corresponden a las dos unidades del curso así.

Read the explanation of Topic 2. talking about habits and their results,
and develop the activity that you find there. Take into account that this topic
work with the Present factual conditional or cero conditional.

According to the explanation, create five sentences using the structure of
the cero conditional or Present Factual Conditional and according to the
images.

Develop the practice activity of Topic 10. identifying phrasal verbs and
Topic 11. understanding phrasal verbs in context, publish the
screenchots of the development of it in the forum. Then, identify the 21
phrasal verbs that are in these exercises, and write them in the chart you
find below.
Choose 7 phrasal verbs from the exercise of Topic 10. identifying phrasal
verbs; and Topic 11. understanding phrasal verbs in context, and write
a text in past where you use them. You have to underline these phrasal
verbs to distinguish them in the text.
Example:
Two years ago my family and I were in Cartagena. We decided to go in my car because we
wanted to take advantage of it to visit many touristic places in that city. While we were in
the car, we turned on the radio and we were happy. I plugged in my cellphone in the car to
take the pictures. We had three hours traveling, suddenly our car broke down and we found
down the motor was so hot.
I was worried but my husband calmed me down. We asked for a crane but they didn´t
answer us. After twenty minutes, they called back us and we explained our problem. When
they got to the place, they helped us and we could arrive at Cartagena. We ate out in a
typical Caribbean food restaurant. In the end, our trip was excellent.
You must publish your text written with the phrasal verbs in the Writing task
forum.
Stage 9: Send your feedback
Each student must give feedback to one of his/her partners. The feedback
must help to improve the text of your partners. You must tell if it has
something to improve or if it is perfect and explain why.
Note: In case a student has sent his/her contribution on time but any other
one has sent his/her participation. This student must send a message inviting
the group member to participate and signing the due dates of the activity,
besides can send a motivational message as a way to encourage the group
member’s participation.
Besides, you must participate in the Writing task Forum, sending the
development of each one of the steps required in the guide.
At evaluation environment you must upload the final task, after
compiling each one of the steps developed in the Writing task Forum, by
the space Task 2 - Writing task forum - submit activity.
Each student must develop each step required in the guide and publish
each one of them if the Forum.
- The 6 screenshots of the practice activity.
- Five sentences in present factual conditional.
- Ten sentences in future factual conditional.
- The text with ten phrasal verbs.
Besides each student must publish the final task in a PDF document by the
Evaluation Environment.

The groupal work evidences to submit are:
Each student must give feedback to one of his/her partners in such a way
that contributes to improve the partners contribution, saying what to
improve or if the task is perfect or presents mistakes and explaining why.
2. General guidelines for the development of the evidence to
submit
Take into account that all individual or group written work must fulfil
with the orthographic rules and presentation conditions that have been
defined.
Concerning the use of references, consider that the requested work in
this activity must fulfil with the standards APA
In any case, the standards of reference must be complied. Academic
plagiarism must be avoided. Students can support the written
products by using the Turnitin tool found on the virtual campus.
Consider that In the agreement 029 of December 13, 2013, article 99,
it is considered as offenses that undermine the academic order,
among others, the following: literal e) “Plagiarism, that is, submitting
as of its own authorship the all or part of a work, document or
invention made by another person.
The academic sanctions the student will face are the following:
Low level: Doesn´t write any sentence using the Future Factual
Conditional, or the sentences that were developed presented
mistakes in grammatical structure. Besides, he/she doesn´t
publish them in the Writing task forum.
Fifth evaluation
High level: Uploads the final task by the Evaluation environment
standard
with all the steps requires in the guide and in each stage.
