    Preset Winding Carriage Position


    The Position is detected by the Motor absolute Encoder. The Preset is to be done via the HMI HW
    Preset Page.

    To access HW-Screen User „Maintenance“ must be selected

    To Preset Service Mode must be activated. Therefore the Key switch in Main Desk +CD
    must be turned to “ON” Position.

    Emergency Stop must not be active and all Drives must be switched Off

    When Service Mode is active it is Shown on Main Screen in “Operation Mode” Field

    The Preset value is the distance measured from the empty core to the contact roller.

    The Contact Roller must be free (contact cylinder fully moved out).

    To Preset the Softbutton “Preset” must be pushed for 3s.
