Preset Absolut Encoder Handling Car

The Position is detected by the Motor absolute Encoder. The Preset is to be done via the HMI HW

To access HW-Screen User „Maintenance“ must be selected

To Preset Service Key Switch must be activated. Therefore the Key switch in Main Desk
+CD must be turned to “ON” Position.

The Trolly Encoders can be Set even when Drives are running or Emergency Stop is
active.

Preset for both Handling Car Drives

To Preset the Softbutton “Preset” must be pushed for 3s.

Preset can be done at both mechanical Endpositions.

To Preset both Trollys must be at same Endposition and the Proxi-Switches DS+NDS
must be covered.

The Preset Values are defined in PLC and have been adapted to the mechanical Limits
during Commissioning .

When Preset was succsessfull the actual Value for both Encoders show the same value.

e.g. 1645mm Crane Position

0mm means Trolly centered under Chuck in Rewinder Position
