    Adjust Position Sensor Chuck NDS


    The Sensor must be positioned at 52mm measured from Cylinder Edge to beginning of
    Aluminium Part of Sensor

    The Sensor has a Voltage and a Current Output.


    To activate the Voltage Output operation must be done as shown under Point 2.

    Green = Voltage Output

    Point 1 is to teach the Sensor. This Function must not be used !!!

    Point 3 is to Reset the measurement range to Factory Setting. Output selection is not
    reset by Factory Setting Function

    Status of Sensor is displayed by LED

    When the Sensor is set these Values must be shown in HMI and can be varified by
    measuring tape:

    When Chucking Head is at Material Center Position

    235mm from Turret Disc to black Part Chuck Head means 0mm displayed

    When Chucking Head is max moved out

    471mm from Turret Disc to black Part Chuck Head means -237mm displayed.

    The Position is scaled in FC901 for Winder A and FC1101 for Winder B
    The Values at X1 to Y2 must not be changed!!!
