Supervisory role is one of the functions of a great supervisor that has been and continues to a
very challenging aspects of administration. This challenge involves a continuous process of
assisting their subordinates to improve their performance in accordance to the guidelines of
the institution that is the reason why it is difficult to find a great supervisor because it is hard
to be a part of the changing system. A Great supervisor should have the resistance for change
to make sure that the people in the system will stay. As a supervisor you should help your
member to lift up, I mean helping them in advance and making them part of something
bigger than themselves. In short, it’s helping your people to be a little closer to who they are
meant to be. If you make it possible it is hard to them to forget you.

Being as it may, a servant leader not only aspire for greatness but also inspire those who will
do great things. For leadership is not based solely on how you manage effectively and
efficiently all the necessary resources e.g. materials, finances, man power but it is on the
capacity of the leader to develop those who will take over their legacy and do more
extraordinary things.
