PROCEDURES
1. The membership fee will be collected by the selected treasurer.
2. Treasurer will keep the list of the paid students.
3. The treasurer will be the one responsible to keep the money.
4. The moderator/s will follow up the collected fess.
5. Every time the money is spent, the auditor should present a liquidation
with attached receipt.
