ABM employees who work in the afternoon are NOT wearing masks (even while kids and staff are in the building) despite the current
mask mandate. While teachers are working to keep rooms clean, ABM employees seem to have lots of time to sit in the custodial office

At least twice a week, since Fall of 2019, I have documentation proving that our school secretary has had to reach out to ABM not
cleaning our PE locker rooms or offices. Just today, our trash has not been emptied since last Wednesday. Soap has not been refilled last
week and I’ve had to request that.
My admin is well aware of this issue, but I wanted to make someone else aware as well because ABM is not cleaning our area of the

Things are being removed from the trash cans by the cleaning crew whenever they feel it is appropriate. For example, if a piece of
technology that has been approved to throw away is placed in the trash, they will remove it and bring it back to the teachers space with
notes saying, "found this in the trash". There have been instances where they have removed old stuffed animals from the trash. They
aren't taking these thrown away items with them, but are instead leaving them at the school for staff to again have to throw away. They
also move furniture around in the staff lounge as they see fit, are forgetting to take trash out in classrooms, and are only cleaning the most

Since teachers have returned to school, we have noticed that in the majority of the classrooms, it appears that only the trash is being

roaches and spiders in cabinets/drawers, despite having purchased the ultrasonic anti-pest plug ins and set out traps myself.

This morning when I arrived at school, it was obvious that my room had not been cleaned...AGAIN. The floors were dirty, with some food
from the students' lunch in the classroom the day before still on the floor. The trash HAD been dumped, but the liners hadn't been
replaced. One didn't even have a liner. I reported it to the office, and a while later the day custodian came and swept it. He shouldn't have
to do his day job AND the night crews' job. The night crew has been caught sitting in the teachers' lounges in the dark, talking on their
phones or texting or whatever, when they are being paid to clean. With students having to eat in the classroom, it is imperative that these

When my trash is emptied the bag is left in and they just dump trash into a larger receptacle leaving food remnants in the bag. I am not
receiving a fresh trash bag in any of my trash cans.
There is syrup on my floor from breakfast time that wasn't mopped. There is food under the tables. It is apparent that they are not moving
chairs and sweeping under tables and chairs. They did not vacuum my rug.
There is still dirty spots i the tables and desks from two days ago, including left over food.

Our day time custodian does nothing. He leaves it all for the night time custodians to do. He routinely has his mask below his nose or is
not wearing it. Our driveway will look awful. He will watch teachers clean out overflowing drains when it rains too hard. Whatever he
sprays the lunch tables with he will also spray the teachers or students with. He has been known to sleep in his office. While also speaking
bad about those who clean at night (who legitimately work). Lastly, he has to be asked to put in toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls and

The bare minimum is done here. Custodial staff(pm) spends time on breaks, on phone, playing instruments in band room, generally
wasting time.
Trash is removed from cans, and staff sets up chairs by dumpster for smoke breaks. Bathrooms are rarely clean. No disinfecting is done.
Staff bathrooms are rarely cleaned thoroughly. Sweeping and dusting is minimal. The same dead roach laid on the steps for months-
through summer school up until the first week of school.
We have one daytime person who seems to be the only one who actually does diligent cleaning.

are dumped, but the dirty trash bags are left in them with food and kleenex etc... as the children eat in my room. I tie the bags up before I
leave most days to be sure they are taken. Food from lunch has been left on my floor from a Friday to a Monday and I have to request it

We have three custodians: D, D, and P. These three barely get the trash out of the building each day. They were not ready for the staff
to report back in August, still working on the floors. The question being: What have you been doing since March 13th? The building
should have been the cleanest ever - but it actually was worse than previous years. I have yet to observe these three clean a doorknob,
wash a window, wipe down a desk, wash any open surface, etc. I did see D washing the walls in my hallway on one occasion. I work
from 2 offices that have not been touched since March 13 when we left. The floors have not been vacuumed to date, the kitchen area sink
is filthy, the furniture was thick with dust, the counters are not wiped down. I have actually shown D how to clean our staff bathroom but to
no
avail. All Staff bathrooms are disgusting. They do take out the trash. The apartment/teacher work-room is filthy. I wish I could attach
photos. The stage has not been cleaned since we left. Those items should be put away. Their supervisor needs to come by often to see
exactly what they are doing. At any given time, you will find D either sitting in his office or on the stage. D is on her phone "all the time".
She has hiding places and talks on her phone all shift! Several times this summer I drove by the school (it is on Hixson Pike) and saw her
sitting in her truck with the door open talking on her phone. P works pretty good for the first hour while the staff is still in the building. She
then takes her place in the breezeway waiting on time to clock out.

Please do not hire ABM ever again. I have never seen a company that does not want to do the job they agreed to do. As the custodians
make their rounds after school, I am always thanked because my room looks so clean that they do not have to do anything. This has gone
on for years. On August 4th or 5th, I stayed until just after 6:45 pm working in my room. From 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm, our custodial staff
stayed up front talking, laughing, etc- I could hear everything from my room. Who gets to take a break that long? I clean my on room
because they will not. The floors do not get swept much less mopped. If my trash can gets emptied and a new bag placed in the can, it is
