Foreign employment reduces the unemployment problem of a country.

It may help to
develop international relations with other countries because the country has to do
labour contract with other countries and embassies has to be established there.
Actually, foreign employment is a beneficial for nepalese workers as many skilled and
unskilled people get job opportunity there.they also earn money compared to do in a
country. We can see the living standard of people whose family member is on foreign
country. Due to the foreign employment people could known about the modern tools
and technology and others smart electronics items.
some of the nepalese youth have found a better job and some have found middle level
job. Due to foreign employment some of them have not more difficulty for the better
knowledge of there children and also save some of the money for future as well as
have a luxurious life style.

Every things have positive as well as negative impact,in the same way foreign
employment also have negative impact like families are influenced by demonstration
effects, that is, the money obtained from remittance are being invested in unnecessary
or unproductive areas. Addict of alcoholism and suffered from venereal diseases,
possibility of not returned back of family member, family break up and death of
family member in country of destination are noted as other negative social impacts
emigration among emigrants themselves and their family members.

7. Methodology
Methodology used in the study design for the is based on some literature surveys, data
collection method, data analysis and report writing related to Nepalese emigration and
similar studies on remittance, hence the bases of information are the secondary
sources.

Study design
As per the research, the study design was both qualitative and quantitative.in
qualitative I used to gain an understanding of underlying reasons, opinions, and
motivations. It provides insights into the problem and helps to develop ideas or
hypotheses for potential quantitative research.I used Qualitative Research to uncover
trends in thought and opinions, and dive deeper into the problem.similarly in
quantitative research I used to quantify the problem by way of generating numerical
data or data that can be transformed into usable statistics.and also used to quantify
attitudes, opinions, behaviors, and other defined variables and generalize results from
a larger sample population. By the help of Quantitative Research I uses measurable
data to formulate facts and uncover patterns in research.

Data collection method:-

During my research I directly got a chance to take personal interview with the foreign
employment family members for field survey. Questionnaires have been included for
such respondents to collect the information.the questionnaire are cased on both
positive as well as negative impact of foreign employment on their family.

Tools for data analysis:-

Simple quantitative tool will be use to analyzes the collected information and data to
fulfill the requirement of the study. Also following steps are used during the analysis:-
 Collected data are processed by tabulating data in preparing table.
 Some mathemetical tools like percentage etcis used to analyze the data.
8. Limitation of the study:-
This research is conducted in itahari-3,sunsari district on the topics “Positive and
Negative Impact of Foreign Employment.”the limitation of the study are:
 Most of the analysis are based on the secondary data.
 Research area is covered only in itahari-3,sunsari district
 Result/findings of the study may not be generalized
