1 Grounds substantially free of wastewater, sewage, etc.
2 Adequate drainage,no flooding.
3 Prevention of mosquitoes,flies and rodents in immediate Camp.
4 Camp and facilities are well maintained.
5 Toxic materials stored appropriately.
6 No empty toxic material containers present.
7 All the camp area is having adequte lighting during night.
8 Extension cords, fused, have circuit breaker/fuse protection.
9 Adequate cloths drying facities provided.
10 Drinking Water analysis copy available for the water (month).
11 The water coolers are Inspected weekly with checklist displayed.
Food storage shelves, food preparation areas, food contact surfaces and
12 floors in food preparation areas finished with smooth, cleanable and
nonabsorbent material.
13 Fire-extinguishing equipment available and checked monthly.
14 Propane cylinders are stored and properly secuder & protected for direct sunlight.
15 Smoke detector installed and tested monthly.
16 All exits (Staircase) are kept clear of obstruction for emergency evacution.
17 The occupants rooms are clean and maintained properly.
