Sir/Madam:

Pursuant to the announcement from the Office of the President dated August 2,
2020 declaring the Province of Bulacan under Modified Enhanced Community
Quarantine, the undersigned is hereby given the following employees
“PERMISSION” to report to Batia High School Bocaue Bulacan and SDO
Malolos, Bulacan on August 6 and 7, 2020, as follows:

delivery of essential services to the teaching and non-teaching personnel of the

urgent concerns as stipulated in paragraph 4 of the aforementioned Memorandum
