¿Notebooks or Tablets?

Today, in our society it is well known that laptops, computers, cellphones and
tablets have taken a very important position in our way of developing knowledge
or acquiring it. Therefore, a lot of schools all around the world have been
considering if they should leave behind the notebooks and replace them with
tablets, so their students can write, get informed, and work through technology,
and that is what we are going to develop on the present essay.
A positive aspect of using tables or laptops in the school is that you always
have all your material with you and you do not have to carry heavy books with it.
This also means that you save money because you no longer need to buy
books, notebooks or blocks. In addition, it is so environmentally friendly, and it
also saves on copies and ink.
On the other aspect, the parents of the students must pay for the costs of
purchasing the computer, as well as the insurance costs. Also, the students are
mostly distracted by videogames or social networks, so the teacher cannot
reach to the students, given the fact that they are no paying attention.
Therefore, the teachers would have to be trained for a lesson with laptops,
which in turn costs more money and time.
Otherwise, he can make his lessons more exciting by working more with video
projectors. As the lessons become more exciting and the students focus more
and work diligently, which also leads to a faster progression of the lesson.
Throughout the class the students sit in front of the computer, this is harmful to
health after some time. But with the computer, you can work anywhere faster,
and the internet helps students get information easily.
In conclusion, nowadays the technology is a huge part of our society and as
everything it has pros and cons, but if it is correctly used the educational system
could make exciting and mora interesting lessons in the school, besides from
providing the students a faster and effective way of learning.
