THE WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY ACT

Regulations made by the Minister under sections 25 and 47 of the Wastewater

Management Authority Act

1. These regulations may be cited as the Wastewater (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations

2016.

2. In these regulations –
“principal regulations” means the Wastewater (Fees) Regulations 2001.

3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule set out
in the Schedule to these regulations.

4. These regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2016.

(d) above 10 cubic metres, for -

(i) first 10 cubic metres 7.50 per cubic metre

(ii) 11-20 cubic metres 9.00 per cubic metre

(iii) 21-50 cubic metres 20.00 per cubic metre

(iv) 51 cubic metres or more 45.00 per cubic metre

2. Business premises, for -

(a) (i) water supplied by the Central Water 27.00 per cubic metre
Authority

(ii) ground water abstracted 27.00 per cubic metre

(b) minimum fee 270.00
