STEP 1. Select 2 talks from the schedule and get
your tickets*
(You will enroll through ’eventbrite’ ticketing website and will have to create a free
account to recall your e-tickets that you’ll show the day of the event)

STEP 2. Get your stamps’ flyer to prove

attendance for the talks
(The ushers of each auditorium at the first talk that you enrolled to will provide it to you,
DON’T LOSE IT!)

STEP 3. Visit 3 stands to prove attendance

(providers will register your visits, so, make yourself sure they understood your name)

 STEP 1
The objectives of this event are:

1) That you listen to expert counselors orienting you in aspects such as

choosing a career,
notice that the RED PUZZLE PIECE is in front of the professional counselors talks.

2) that you get exposed to successful cases of alumni that crossed the same
classrooms that you are currently at to talk to you about how they lived
internationalization and why is it important,
notice the that is in front of the successful alumni that
will address to you with very outstanding international stories.

3) that you get exposed to different options and studying modalities for your
professional studies, languages and getting to know some universities through
internships and getting ahead in summer or winter pauses.
Notice that the BLUE PUZZLE PIECE is in front of the international providers that
came to offer to you a talk about topics related to international formation,
education and experiences for your future.

What’s in all this for you? Benefits… after duties
The most important deal here is to attend to the talks and visit the fair stands to get the
ATTENDANCE of the whole lessons’ day, otherwise, you will NOT get the whole classes
attendances:

 2 talks / conferences (limited to a maximum of 35 students per event, reserve your place!)
 3 stands

Extra benefit: +1 extra point in a Prepa Anáhuac’s Formation Block Subject of your choice will be
granted if you visit more than 4 stands and enter to a 3rd talk. – Remember, giving the ‘extra mile’
is always better -

The rules:
1) Enroll to every TALK previously using the links provided for each one.
2) If you leave the conferences, the talks or the explanations without listening to the
completely you will not be granted the attendance.
3) No electronic registry no STAMP on your PA-IUF talks puzzle format.
4) To get your ‘STAND’S ATTENDANCE’ you will have to listen to the expositor’s explanations
and the expositor will register your name. (The expositors located at the main yard will
send your name through a Google Form, but if you misbehave or you simply do not listen
respectfully, the visitors are instructed not to give you the attendance merit)
5) If you misbehave with our expositors, teachers or staff getting in trouble with them or
being disrespectful you will lose all your attendances and the chance to be at the event.
6) The schedule goes from 7:00 to 14:05 as in a normal day, if your normal schedule is up to
that last moment, you need to stay, please, do not insist on leaving earlier. If your day
ends at 13:20 hours, you are free to leave unless you want to stay visiting our providers
and / or to attend to another talk. (Remember ‘the extra mile’)
