Dear Mr. Sohaib & Rafeeque,
Please clarify the following queries highlighted in attached drawing pertaining to the Hospital Building-1 6th Floor Rev-6 preliminary observations given
below,
1. Kindly provide the dimensions of columns that are reducing on the 6th floor highlighted in the attached drawing.
2. Please provide references/Dimensions of all openings which are missing.
3. It has been observed that the references/dimensions of projections not mentioned at Grid N102.9-125.4 & E118.6-E63.7. Please Provide the
missing dimensions in order to meet design criteria.
4. Kindly provide the section of expansion joint at Grid E118.6-E126.4 and N.110.4 highlighted in an attached drawing for clarification.
5. It has been noticed that section 2-2 and section 2a-2a doesn't match with the projection shown in GA Plan which shows 1750mm in section and
2050mm in G.A Plan. Please clarify. Also, provide the dimensions of Section 3-3.

Dear Mr. Asim,
Please see below our response to your critical queries in GREEN.
1. (Reference to the RFI #105 on dated 24-July-19, Supplementary query pertaining to Point-1): The size of column C21B at Grid N35.4 / E71.8
shows 700x1000 in revised IFC drawing of 6th Floor Rev-7 as this column had already been cast of size 1000x1200 up to 6th-floor slab,
furthermore, elevation drawing (CO-06 Rev-1) needs to be revised with respect to casted column size. Noted. For columns already cast
below 6th Floor slab, follow "Case-1" in sketch SK-FR5B (issued on 11-04-2019).
2. The discrepancy has been observed between structure and Architecture drawing regarding the size of columns at Grid N35.4/102.9/125.4/192.9
& E71.8 highlighted in the attached drawing. Please follow structural drawings only for execution of structural items.
3. Kindly Provide the section details of highlighted Projection. Please follow 'Section 3-3' for projection details as shown in IFC drawing.
4. Sleeves R.C details G.A Plan required. Noted.
5. As discussed, kindly confirm the top level of C-13A & PC-13B which were commented on shop drawing (dated 17-May-19) to be provided at a
later stage. Architect to respond.

Reference to the drawings issued by Arcop on 22-July-19 in response to RFI # 105 following are the additional observations which need to be resolved
by the Consultants as listed below,
1. (Reference to the RFI #105 on dated 24-July-19, Supplementary query pertaining to Point-1) The size of column C21B at Grid N35.4 / E71.8
shows 700x1000 in revised IFC drawing of 6th Floor Rev-7 as this column had already been casted of size 1000x1200 up to 6th-floor slab,
furthermore, elevation drawing (CO-06 Rev-1) needs to be revised with respect to casted column size.
2. The size of column C20B shows 700x1000 in revised Column elevation drawing C0-06 rev-01 between 5th to 6th Floor as this column shows of
size 1000x1000 on 5th Floor G.A Plan. Confirmation required.
3. Kindly provide the reducing dimension of Typ. Column C-9 on 5th floor G.A Plan as column section shown in elevation C-01 Rev-3 of size
450x900 between 5th to 6th floor.
4. The discrepancy has been observed regarding size of Column PC-20B between revised elevation,6th Floor G.A Plan Rev-7 & 5th Floor G.A
Plan Rev-10 which shows 1200x1200 in Revised Elevation, 700x1000 in 6th Floor Rev-7 and 1000x1000 in 5th Floor Rev-10. Please note that
the column dowels are of size 1000x1000 on 5th floor as per previous drawings. Clarification required for further execution.
5. Column at Grid N102.9 & E103.0 shows the inappropriate location in revised IFC drawing of 6th Floor Rev-7 which needs to be flushed with the
external face of beam 5B-15A as already approved in THC Submittal:259.1.
6. Provide the R.C details of Column C20C Jacketing below 4th floor.

3. Kindly provide the dimensions of columns that are reducing on the 6th floor highlighted in the attached drawing. (PREVIOUS)
4. It has been observed that girders of the connecting bridge are coming in projection at Grid N125.4-132.9 & E68.0. Please clarify and confirm.

1. It has been observed that girders of the connecting bridge are penetrating in projection at Grid N125.4-132.9 & E68.0 which needs to be correct.

2. Please provide the Elevation /Section details of highlighted columns C-6A & C-7A at Grid N-35.4-192.9 & E68.0 as these were already
