“RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the Corporation is a supplier of fuel and

oil of the closed bank RURAL BANK OF LEMERY , INC., and has decided to
authorized the Member of the Corporation BEMARJAYSON B. MARTINEZ to transact
and do business with the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) in connection
with the collection of the unpaid gas supply by the closed bank RURAL BANK OF
LEMERY, INC to the corporation and to file, submit, execute, make and signs all
necessary documents, letters, forms etc. and do all such acts as may be necessary to
the accomplishment of the request in claiming all the unpaid gas supply by the closed
bank RURAL BANK OF LEMERY, INC’.
