This has reference to the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued by the General Investigation
Bureau-F, Field Investigation Office II, Office of the Ombudsman received by the Office of
the Secretary on 06 August 2020 directing the submission of the following documents
relative to the PhP53.2 million funding of the Department of Science and Technology
(DOST) for the development of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) test kits:

a. DOST Executive Committee Ad-Referendum dated 8 March 2020;

b. Approved Project Proposal;
c. Revised Guidelines Governing the Grants-in-Aid Program of DOST;
