 Signs shall be erected at the site entrance with mandatory
COVID-19 access controls in place.

People Not Allowed to Work

 Anyone who falls under the conditions outlined below shall


not report to work:
 1. Having a body temperature >37.8oC, and/or a persistent
cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing,
and joint pain or any flu-like symptoms.
 2. Has an underlying health or medical condition (e.g.
chronic respiratory illness, asthma, emphysema, cancer,
compromised immunity) that makes them vulnerable in
case of infection.
 3. Is in close contact or living with someone undergoing
self-isolation or a vulnerable person as outlined in category
2 above.
 Anyone who falls under any of the above categories must
remain in self-isolation at home and be instructed to
immediately report to his/her supervisor if they experience
any flu-like symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, muscle pain, sore
throat). If such symptoms develop, the supervisor shall
then contact the Communicable Disease Center (CDC) on
16000 for further guidance and notify the CLIENT Contract
Representative
