UNDERTAKING/DECLARATION

I, ____________________________, a candidate for Personal Interaction (PI) 2020 for the

process of admission into SLS Pune- One Year LL.M Programme, conducted by Symbiosis
International (Deemed University) [SIU], Pune, do hereby undertake/declare as follows:

1. That I understand the SIU admission process mandates that I need to appear for
Personal Interaction (PI) for admission into SLS-Pune. If I do not appear for the same,
my candidature will not be considered.
 
2. That I will not record the process of PI meeting through any electronic means.

3. That I will not share or use the audio and/or visual contents of the same on any social
media, electronic platform or otherwise. If some part is recorded inadvertently, I shall
delete such content from my device immediately.

4. That I will be present at the allotted date and time of PI and will not be eligible to
request for alternative chance.

5. That any problem with the hardware, software, internet connectivity or any technical
failures or power failure at my end will be my responsibility.

6. That I understand and accept that in case of violation of this declaration and for any
discrepancy committed by me during the admission processes, my candidature is
liable to be cancelled, and may also lead to appropriate legal action as deemed fit by
SIU.

7. That I shall comply with all the rules and regulations notified to me from time to time
by SLS Pune and SIU.

8. My action of uploading this document on the portal will be deemed to be

undertaking/declaration.
