should be done
 For the students to know their programs and projects’ target market, beneficiary,
location, and age
 For the students to know how to analyze the needs and the benefits of the project
that they are preparing

III. Points to Ponder and Subject Overview

 The subject will basically focus on how a student could analyze the strength,
weakness, and the trend of the project the he or his organization wants to pursue.
 The project scope should be defined in order to define the opportunities or the
problems that should be addressed.
 It is important to note that private or public projects, one must conduct a
feasibility study first before the implementation of such programs.
 Requirements of a certain project should be defined based on the projects
attention (e.g., defined requirements for infrastructure projects are different from
the 4Ps and SAP project)
 Check if the recommended solution or approach is effective to what is needed
 Even if the government is not always after the income or to the ROI of the
projects, it is still necessary to check its cost effectiveness.
 Designing and preparing for a private investment is not and will never be different
on the factors to consider for a public program or project.
