    1. What are your preparations before you engaged in this type of business or job?

     Financial capability
     Mental stability
     Knowledge – Proper & Right

    2. What are your special skills and characteristics that are related with your business or job?

    There are no special skills needed in a particular business, you just have to be well-aware of
    whatever you are doing and how it works. If there is something that must always be followed
    is the ability of being approachable and friendly.

    3. How did you solve business-related problems during the early years of your business
    operation?

    In business, problems often come and go, you just have to give advices to your costumers
    and take theirs too. Weekly and monthly meetings are significant for updates and problem-
    solving scenarios.

    4. Did you follow the tips from the successful businessman or practitioner before you engage in
    your business?

    Yes, but not all tips are needed to be followed. At time personal remedies are more
    important because that signifies personal strategies which we called “diskarte”

    5. What are the business practices that you can share with aspiring students?

    Be patient at all time. Have courage and be industrious. T time in business you have to
    gamble but, gamble with proper and righteous instinct.

    6. What are the salient characteristics, attributes, lifestyles, skills and traits that made you
    successful in your business or job?

    Time Management and how you treat your costumer or clients. Never engage in such
    activities against the law.
