Attendees: School MAPEH Coordinators ,District MAPEH Coordinators, Principal-Consultants

The meeting started at exactly 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon with a short prayer and an Opening
remarks by Mrs. Chelou D. Lasaca Public School District Supervisor.

Agenda:

1. 2nd Quarter Self-Learning Modules.

1.1 Discusses the flow of the Validation process for the Self Learning Modules, It will be
validated in 3 different Levels; First Level (Department Heads and Subject
Coordinator); Second Level (for minor and major revisions) and Third Level (Team
Leaders)
1.2 The schedule of TV broadcasting in every subject in the DepEd TV.

2. Utilization of Division Self Learning Modules

2.1 Names of the writers must be indicated on the module.
2.2 Principal consultants’ updates on the status of printing of modules in each district.
2.3 Layout and Formatting of the modules.

The meeting was adjourned at exactly 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
