SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

     I,PILARITA F. MURING, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a

resident of TUMAGA, ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines, do hereby name,
constitute, and appoint MR. ALBINO ALFEREZ to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead to do the following
acts and things, to wit:

1. To appear before AURORA INTEGRATED MULTI-PURPOSE

COOPERATIVE (AIMCOOP) Main Office regarding the Death Benefit
Claim of my mother, GREGORIA TUBOG FORTICH, who died last
August 22, 2012 (Death Cert. Reg. 2012 3142)

2. To file, follow-up, claim withdraw and receive the same;

3. To sign any and all documents and do such other things that re
necessary or required to carry out the foregoing authority;

      HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power
of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
