Wastes are materials that can be recycled on a regular basis.

But
because of our ignorance, a lot of waste gets dumped in landfills and that
causes pollution in our planet. That is the reason why we should know
about the proper segregation.

Proper Segregation means dividing our waste into dry and wet.
Once the waste is carefully transported to appropriate places suitable for
disposal there comes the proper disposal stage of waste management. The
simplest way we can contribute as an individual is by having two waste bins
at home – one for biodegradable waste or those that decays and another
one for non-biodegradable or those that we can recycle. Effective
segregation of waste means the less waste goes to landfill which make it
better for people and for our environment.
