Error States: 1- 0065: No Route to Host

Unfortunately, this is not an error directly related to our software. This is an

error that can be duplicated outside of our software, however, here are a
couple of things you or your systems administrator can try:

The Issue:

Outgoing connections can be affected by the presence of firewall or anti-virus

software on the local computer or network connection. Either one may be
blocking the ports needed to make a successful FTP connection to the remote
server. Configuration of Firewall and/or Anti-Virus Software: To check that
you are not the victim of a firewall configuration issue, please try pinging the
server. If you can ping the server correctly and are still getting the error state
described, then your firewall may need configuring. Check any firewalls that
may be set up, either on the server, PC or on any routers in between the
client and the server – This will probably need to be checked by your
network/systems administrator and they need to carry out the following steps:

Actions:

• For a regular FTP session, please either disable the firewall or anti-
virus software or configure it to allow the Update Manager to establish
an FTP session over port 80.
• Check your computers firewall to see if it requires configuring to
enable the Update Manager to access the Internet – Click Here to view
instructions on how to configure your Firewall.
• Also Ensure to add the Update Manager URL below to the Firewall or
ISA server list of ‘Unauthenticated Sites’:
