Prelude:
This solution will switch the information of Human Resource Management systems of Bangladesh
Election Commission.

This is a view of Database Server connection window and software

1. Login:

Press Login button to


operate HRM
Application.

Only the authorized users can connect with database server. User must have a user name and a
password and it will be an administrative /super/power user. Such as,

User Name : admin


Password : admin

After type user name & password click LOGIN Button or press enter, you will get the opening
screen to operate your daily tasks.

Main menu is the menu where we will find the respective forms name and reports name. In Dashboard,
we can easily find the overview and summary of this application.

Entry New Employee
4.1 Employee Form Information

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to view employee information.

Step to input:

 In Show, it will show 10/25/50/100 data in a single page.


 In Search, it will have filtered by EmpID, Name, Department, Designation, Contact.
 In Action, press Edit button to edit, Delete button to delete and PDF button to download
PDF to show employee information of that row.
 Press Create New button to Entry Employee Information form and PDF button to show all
employee information in PDF format.

4.1(a) Create New(Employee Form)

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to entry basic employee information.

Step to input:

 Type Name, Birth Place, Present Address, Permanent Address manually and select Blood Group,
Religion, Home District, Date of Birth, Gender, Joining Date.
 (*) symbol is must be filled up by data.
 Press Next button to show next portion of this form.

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to entry employee’s educational background information.

Step to input:

 Select Level of Education, Exam/Degree Title and type Concentration/Major/Group, Institute


Name, Year, Result manually
 Add data sequentially of SSC, HSC, Hons, Masters.
 Press Next button to show next portion of this form.

 Type National ID, Mobile No, Passport Number, TIN Number, Emergency Contact No, Emergency
Contact Name, Relation, Email Manually.

 Type Company Name, Location, Designation, Department, Form, To, Responsibility manually.

After Giving Employee ID it

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to entry Transfer information.

Step to input:

 After typing Employee ID then Employee Name, Employee ID, Contact will generate automatically.
 Press View Transfer History to see all transfer history of required Employee ID.
 Select Office, Wing, Branch, Section/Department, Designation, Role, Issue Date then Upload File
Order.
 Press Submit button to save the data.

 Press Submit button to save the data.

After Giving Employee ID it

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to entry Annual Confidential Report information.

Step to input:

 After typing Employee ID then Employee Name, Employee ID, Contact will generate automatically.
 Type Attendance & Punctuality, Quality of Work, Professional Knowledge, Sincerity, Public
Dealings, Honesty, Program Management, Attitude, Cooperation, Interpersonal Skill, Security
Sensitivity, Remarks and Press Total to get sum of all marks.
 Press Submit button to save the data.

5.1 Apply Leave

After Giving Employee ID it


will automatically show full
form structure

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to entry Apply Leave information.

Step to input:

 After typing Employee ID then Employee Name, Employee ID, Contact will generate automatically.
 Press View Leave History to see all leave history of required Employee ID.
 Select Leave Type, Type Duration, Description, Reference EmpID.
 Press Apply button to submit the data.

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to view All Leave information.

Step to input:

 In Show, it will show 10/25/50/100 data in a single page.


 In Search, it will have filtered by EmpID, Employee Name, Leave Type, Posting Date.

5.3 Pending Leaves

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to view Pending Leave information.

Step to input:

 In Show, it will show 10/25/50/100 data in a single page.


 In Search, it will have filtered by EmpID, Employee Name, Leave Type, Posting Date.

Purpose
