Global classroom -Start the lesson by showing video clips or presentation about global issues then
after watching, the students are given series of questions in regards to what they’ve watched or
viewed. (note : the teacher didn’t idea/hint on the topic).

E.Student centeredness- For instance, we’re in the Special Program in the arts (SPA) where in students
have different talents like dancing, singing, acting, creative writing, and visual arts. The teacher will give
one (1) topic and the students will interpret according to their talent whether they will sing, write a
composition, dance, act or paint. This strategy is called differentiated strategy.

D. Creating/adapting to constant personal and social change, and lifelong learning -The learning must
not be limited on the 4 walls of the classroom, we should expose our students to different environment .
We should not limit learning inside the box. Learning is more effective through exposure and
experience. For instance, aside from teaching fundamental skills and techniques , we should expose our
students and let them experience playing basketball and join basketball leagues. Another way of
exposing students is letting them experience actual basketball games. For their activity them must write
a reflection on their experience while watching the game.

A.Integrated and interdisciplinary- As a P.E. teacher you’re task to teach that a dance called “carinosa”
aside from teaching the basic movements and techniques in carinosa. We integrate by teaching the
correction beat and timing (Mathematics), we also teach the history of the dance (social
studies/history), correct posture of the body while dancing (science/Anatomy) For instance, group them
into 3 the teacher will provide an envelope with learning materials like: bondpaper, colored pen, pilot
pen then the students now will brainstorm and answer the activity then they will chose a leader in the
group to present their answer.

Technologies and multimedia- digital literate is one of the most important literacy to have in 21 st century
because we live in the age of computers and as a teacher we need to adjust in whatever challenges that
is in front of us and just willingly take it. Knowing how to operate computer and having just basic
knowledge is enough a teacher. In the future every one of us will make an activity via laptop, make
slides using laptop, evaluate grades using laptop so we have to be knowledgeable in this field.

Relevant, rigorous and real-world- 21st century teacher is flexible and can able to adapt on the needs of
their students. Being able to be updated in global issues and other trend can make you as a teacher
aware and can comprehend this events and can comprehensively explain it properly in the classroom.
You can also use the issues as a class topic and make an interactive activity out of it. Being a 21 st century
teacher is a tough challenge for teachers because the profession demands a lot. But teachers are tough
and ready to overcome all of the challenges.

Project-based and research-driven- Research in nature is a long process wherein it follows step by step
methods in doing it. Being knowledgeable in this area can make a really big impact to your
students and their learning inside and outside the classroom. As you have the capability impart
important knowledge that is based on facts and truth. You can also train your students to
believe in factual information and be able to filter right and wrong informations. This skill can
make your student ready in real life situation and be intelligent enough to have an answer to all
the questions and challenges that will come to the student.

21st century skill- being literate is not just reading, writing, and numeracy it requires a broader range of
knowledge called 21st century literacy. Being able to have all the literacies can broader the
student’s knowledge and skill in life because you can impart them variety of literacies. It
requires media literacy, ecoliteracy, arts and creativity, cyber/digital literacy, socio emotional
literacy, financial literacy, globalization and multicultural literacy to be a well-rounded teacher
and be effective in teaching inside the classroom or virtually.

I need to develop patience and hard work. Patience is the key for you to achieve things that you want to
achieve and this is one of the value and attitude that you have to acquire. Patience makes us
regroup ourselves and keep feelings under control and it gives you persistence to carry out
things that will lead us to a long term goal and help us realize that success will eventually come
to those who never give up. I think most of the students today is very hungry for success and
does not give a damn if they step on someone. You have to teach patience to them and believe
in right timing. Knowledge and skills can be acquired if you study enough and as a teacher you
have to be knowledgeable and skillful to be able to impart correct and precise information.
Patience and hard work should be teach in students so they can achieve and reach their dreams.
